We fully understand that each event has it's own individual requirements, whether a specific venue type, room setup, registation, catering, AV equipment, themed or adding an activity. You can trust us in supporting you and delivering your event from start to finish, making your event run smoothly and effortlessly.
Finding the right accommodation can be very time consuming. We work with various hotel groups to ensure we find the right accommodation and negotiate the best rates, location, parking and good transport links for your delegates.

We have partnered with Hayes & Yeading Football Club.
The Venue has a fantastic Lounge, where you can hold any event for up to 200 people.
From business to party events, it's ideally located, only 6 miles from Heathrow Airport and close to main roads, A40 and M4 and with 200 free parking spaces.
